Edpapa Enterprise is the first in Pangasinan, in the Philippines, or even the world, to successfully ferment coconut coir dust using plastic bags as silo for cattle fattening. Inoculant using ESILAC Probiotics is used for fermenting coconut coir dust. This innovation is made in order to make food for fattening of cattle literally affordable even to backyard farm raisers. Silo infrastructure alone costs millions to build against plastic bags.
